OUR PASTEL CLASSROOM TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENTS
All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Registrations will not be processed if there are outstanding fees.
All registrations will be processed on a first come first-served basis.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
A learner who withdraws from a course before the course begins will be required to arrange a new booking date as no fees will be refunded.
X-Quiz-IT Consulting Studio cc reserves the right to cancel any course should there be an insufficient number of learners booked for a course.
The decision to cancel a course that is 5 days or less in length will be communicated to learners at least 5 days prior to the start date of the first class.
ASSESSMENTS
To be completed within 6 months of completing the training course.
The Assessment serial number that comes the training manual is valid for 3 months.
If the assessment has expired a new serial number will need to be purchased from the Sage Pastel Training Department.
