Pastel batches that cannot be updated

During year end, one of the bigger issues customers experience is un-updated batches of users that no longer exist on the system. To help you sort this out quickly and easily, use the Move Batch Utility.

YOU CAN GET THE MOVE BATCH UTILITY ZIP FILE FROM THE SAGE PASTEL SUPPORT CENTER ON 011 304 3300

This will move all open batches for deleted users to your Supervisor user (User 0).
This will allow you to view these batches, and either update them if need be or delete and update them.
