The management of Fight Back Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd (FBP) was very impressed with your Microsoft Excel ability. They further requested your assistance in supporting the company to increase the supply of products to meet the societal needs within the various regions. Due to the increase in demand, FBP was asked to supply the products on a weekly basis, as stocks were being sold out at their clients at the end of every week. As a result, FBP have decided to issue a travel allowance to each driver based on the distance travelled.
In order to meet the needs of their clients, FBP’s management team has also taken the decision to invest in a multi-purpose production machine, which will assist them in the production of their products on a much larger scale. Your role is to assist FBP’s management in order to:
- Determine the monthly instalment on the acquisition of the new multi-purpose production machine
- Provide some analysis concerning the orders to be dispatched to the warehouses.
VAT implications are negligible however, FBP is a VAT vendor.
