WHAT IS A BUSINESS CARE LICENSE?

The Sage Pastel Business Care License is an annual-based support contract, purchased yearly. By taking out a Sage Pastel Business Care contract, you become a priority customer. Non-paying users will no longer be able to access services from Pastel for free or impact upon service levels to paying customers.This allows you, the paying customer, to receive better services in a timely fashion. There are no joining or administration fees, and as a Sage Pastel Business Care customer, you are rewarded for your loyalty in various ways.

In fact, you’ll find that subscribing to a Sage Pastel Business Care is far more cost effective than purchasing new releases later.

HOW DOES THIS GET CHARGED OUT

The Sage Pastel Business Care contract is charged at different rates depending on the version of Sage Pastel you are on. Every year Sage Pastel has an “End of Life” for an older version that they will no longer be supporting. If you have one of these versions, you will pay new prices and receive a year of cover free. The more recent the version of Sage Pastel you’re using, the lower your contract fees will be, and the older the package, the more expensive.
